Job Description
- Assist and support the Talent Acquisition team with hiring needs
- Source potential candidates from various platforms, like Job Portals, and Social Media platforms
- Handling the full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through the in-house database, using job portals, and referrals
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and follow-up till the candidate joins
- Ensure that recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet the business needs
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interaction with all levels of management
- Should have knowledge of MS Office, preferably Excel
- Preferred educational background in Human Resources (MBA/ MSW)
