Bob performed a complete review of our operational capabilities and shared his perspectives on our operational design, technical skills, and people programs. We provided an update on our process capabilities and the in-flight strategic initiatives that are in progress – Robotic Process Automation, Client – Specific Revenue Cycle Portals, Dashboards, and Workflow Implementation.
