Kalpana K, Manager – Medical Billing Operations

Kalpana has over 15 years of experience in different healthcare processes in the US Healthcare Industry. At MBW, she is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery of revenue cycle processes, and building a knowledge-driven services culture to support our clients, including medical billing companies, revenue cycle software providers, and EMR companies. Kalpana is responsible for the continual development of our organization and team members, creating an engaging work culture, and developing a pipeline of leaders to support our customers' growth.

Kalpana started her career as a healthcare executive with AnnexMed and later worked with Visionary RCM. Over the last 8 years, she has worked with MBW in various capacities and has been instrumental in driving the organization's growth. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping our clients create detailed policies and procedures and supporting them with strong service delivery anchored on process knowledge. Driven by the passion for helping medical billing companies and healthcare revenue cycle software providers transform their operations, she gets involved in the transition of the processes, creating strong process manuals, automating work processes, and reporting to our clients.

Kalpana holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the Madras University.
