We were delighted to welcome and gain insights from Bob Burleigh, one of the most sought after consultants in the medical billing industry, as he spent a week with our team in Chennai in the third week of January.

Bob performed a complete review of our operational capabilities and shared his perspectives on our operational design, technical skills, and people programs. We provided an update on our process capabilities and the in-flight strategic initiatives that are in progress - Robotic Process Automation, Client - Specific Revenue Cycle Portals, Dashboards, and Workflow Implementation.

Bob also participated in an employee recognition event along with Vinod Sankaran, our CEO, and Melvin Miller, Our COO
